UK visa routes

Skilled Worker visa

Requires a job offer from a UK employer holding a valid sponsor licence, an eligible occupation, a minimum salary threshold and English-language ability. Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) are issued by the employer.

Student and Graduate routes

Student visa applicants need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from a licensed sponsor, financial evidence and proof of English. The Graduate route allows most graduates to remain in the UK for up to 2 years (3 for PhDs) to work or look for work.

Standard Visitor visa

For tourism, business meetings, private medical treatment or study up to 6 months. Applicants must show genuine intent, sufficient funds and return plans.

Family visas

Spouse, partner, child and dependent parent routes, subject to relationship, financial and English requirements.
