Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid consultation appointments booked through this website.
Cancellation
- You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled IST start time.
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for an automatic refund.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once at no additional cost when the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled IST start time, subject to slot availability.
Refunds
- Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds are processed by our administrator through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- No-shows and cancellations inside the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund unless an administrator approves an exception (for example, documented emergencies).
What payment covers
Payment is for the selected consultation service only. It does not guarantee employment, admission, a work permit or visa approval. Meeting links (for example Google Meet) are shared only after payment verification and are never displayed publicly.
