Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, tags) store small amounts of information in your browser. We group them into three categories and ask for your choice the first time you visit.

2. Cookie categories we use

NecessaryAlways on
Required to operate the website: security, session handling, form submission, document upload and storing your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Aggregated statistics about page visits and campaign performance so we can improve our content and service. Set only after you allow analytics cookies.
Marketing
Meta Pixel (IDs 4461189217503311 and 27841165162213881) and related Meta technologies, used for advertising measurement, attribution and remarketing where permitted and consented to. Cookies such as _fbp and _fbc are only set after you allow marketing cookies, and are cleared when you withdraw that consent.

3. Meta Pixel and Meta technologies

This website may use the Meta Pixel and related Meta business tools for advertising measurement, attribution and remarketing, where this is permitted and where you have given the required consent. The Meta Pixel is treated as a marketing tracker: it is not loaded and no Meta event — including the standard PageView — is sent before you allow marketing cookies. If you reject marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel stays disabled. We never send sensitive information (passport data, documents, dates of birth, immigration history or medical details) to Meta.

4. Applicable privacy requirements

Cookie and consent requirements are not identical in every country. By default this website asks for your consent before loading any analytics or marketing tracker, which is the stricter approach, and our consent behaviour is configurable so it can be adjusted to the requirements that apply to you. Nothing in this policy is legal advice.

5. Changing or withdrawing consent

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer or the button below. Withdrawing marketing consent immediately disables the Meta Pixel and clears its cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
