Poland work permit
Poland's most common route for non-EU workers is the Type A work permit, applied for by the employer at the regional voivodeship office, followed by a national D visa at the Polish mission.
Permit types
- Type A — employment with a Polish employer (the standard route).
- Type B — board members of Polish companies.
- Type C / D / E — postings and intra-company assignments.
Core requirements
- Job offer from a registered Polish employer with a valid Type A permit
- Labour market test result (unless exempt)
- Passport valid for the requested stay
- Travel medical insurance and proof of accommodation
- Qualification or experience proof for the role
How the process works
